*5-7:30pm |* One hundred years ago, the French Quarter stood at the crossroads of a literary, artistic, and preservation renaissance. To mark the centennial of 1920s French Quarter bohemia, the Historic New Orleans Collection (HNOC) will host a special public program that explores the vibrant and creative world of 1920s New Orleans, featuring free presentations and lectures followed by a ticketed lighthearted early-evening soirée celebrating the 1920s bohemian French Quarter. Your ticket includes after-hours access to HNOC’s French Quarter Galleries, museum shop, an open bar of white wine and champagne, hors d'oeuvres, and live music by the Slick Skillet Serenaders. *All lectures will take place at HNOC’s Williams’ Research Center located at 410 Chartres St. from 2 to 5 p.m.* Admission is free, but advance registration is required [1]. *The Swingin’ Soirée will take place at HNOC's main campus at 520 Royal Street. *Tickets are $20 are encouraged to wear 1920s attire. *9pm-12am |* Project Lazarus, a New Orleans-based nonprofit dedicated to supporting at-risk individuals living with HIV through housing, healthcare, and comprehensive social services. Project Lazarus and the New Orleans Culinary & Hospitality Institute (NOCHI) are teaming up to host the 20th annual dessert and champagne Bon Appétit afterparty! Guests will enjoy access to the Grand Hall and the RNDC Beverage Lab in NOCHI’s state-of-the-art, 90,000-square-foot facility, which will be heightened by glamorous lighting, musical features and dancing. Event areas will offer a variety of atmospheric experiences, including lounge ambience and Latin reggaeton and salsa music from DJs Medina & Yung, and a silent auction will also be provided. Afterparty dessert vendors include NOCHI, as well as Southern hallmark favorite, Boucherie, and Herbsaint, which was listed as one of the 18 New Orleans Michelin-recommended restaurants in 2025. Desserts will range from churros, to matcha beignets, to brown butter banana tarts, and much more. Tickets $50
