Roy Haylock, better known by his stage name Bianca Del Rio, is an American actor, insult comedian, costume designer, and drag queen. She is a fixture in the New Orleans and New York City club scenes, often working with Lady Bunny, and is best known for being the winner of the sixth season of RuPaul's Drag Race.

Haylock grew up in Gretna, Louisiana. He is of Cuban and Honduran descent and is the fourth of five children. He started acting and designing costumes for plays at West Jefferson High School. After high school, Haylock moved to New York City and worked at Bloomingdale's for nine months, but later returned to Louisiana.

This self-professed “clown in a gown” and hilariously hateful comic is known for her foul mouth and unapologetic humor, but her victims hardly have time to feel the sting before she zips on to the next topic. Besides, Bianca is quick to point out that she’s the biggest joke of all. The NY Times calls her “The Joan Rivers of the Drag World,” and Joan Rivers herself called Bianca’s humor “So funny! So sharp!” Based on her sold-out world comedy tour, her first standup special, “Rolodex of Hate” is now available on Vimeo.

2016 will see Bianca busier than ever, with the release of her first feature film “Hurricane Bianca,” a forthcoming nonfiction book deal and the anticipated launch of a new global comedy tour.
