8 Block Kitchen & Bar, named after the famous blocks that make up Bourbon Street in the French Quarter, is the cornerstone of our hotel’s dining options. Offering an award-winning buffet of gourmet breakfast and lunch dishes, this restaurant seats 360 guests and features a delicious fusion of farm-to-table and traditional New Orleans cuisine.

Breakfast Buffet (Monday – Friday, 6:30am-11:00am, Saturday & Sunday, 7am-12pm)
For guests hoping to enjoy a quick breakfast, we offer a Light Fare option for $13.95. The Light Fare option includes continental breakfast items like pastries, fruit, an artisanal meat & cheese board, a smoothie station, a cereal station, as well as an oatmeal and grits station complete with popular toppings.

Our Complete Breakfast buffet is $20.95 and features full buffet that it includes everything on the light fare, along with an array of breakfast favorites and a build-your-own omelet station.

Lunch Buffet (Monday – Friday, 11:00am-2pm)
Enjoy our Light Fare lunch buffet for $13.95, which includes a non-alcoholic beverage along with access to the salad bar, sandwich station, smoothie station and delectable “Chocoholics” dessert bar.

Our Complete Lunch buffet is $16.95 and includes all the items in the light fare selection, in addition to our daily Chef’s selection of hot items and a create-your-own entrée station.
