The Black Duck Bar is located on the second floor of Palace CafĂ© and features craft cocktails, local beer on draft, wine on tap and an extensive collection of rum and tequila. It’s home to the New Orleans Rum Society, who hold regular events from tastings to dinners. Chef Rene Bajeux heads the charcuterie program and the bar offers French style housemade charcuterie, including cured meats, pates, rillettes and mousses. The menu also features share plates and a selection of cheeses.
