Join Chefs Donald Link and Stephen Stryjewski for an evening celebrating the kickoff of carnival season to benefit the youth of New Orleans. Enjoy food and drink from the country's top chefs and mixologists, and entertainment by international and local artists. General admission tickets, reserved seats and tables of 10 will be available.
All proceeds from both events support the Link Stryjewski Foundation's mission - to nourish and educate the youth of New Orleans.

The Link Stryjewski Foundation was created to address the persistent cycle of violence and poverty, as well as the lack of quality education and job training opportunities available to young people in New Orleans.
