Hillery’s on Toulouse is located within the old world luxury of the Hotel St. Marie, in the very heart of the French Quarter just off Bourbon Street. Hillery’s serves dinner nightly. With charming French doors opening onto the street, the lovely Bistro Moise is also in the hotel and serves casual breakfast and lunch.

The classically appointed dining room features courtyard dining in an elegant yet relaxed atmosphere. Chef Ed and Hillery Moise serve a cross-cultural cuisine with a broad range of long-standing local favorites.

Breakfast is served seven days a week, 7:00 am to 11:00 am. Lunch is served Monday through Friday from 11:30 am to 2:00 pm – both at the Bistro Moise. Hillery’s on Toulouse serves dinner each evening between 6:00 pm and 10:00 pm. Reservations are recommended. All major credit cards are accepted.
