Dear Subscriber,
While the city is celebrating the holiday season throughout December and into the New Year with all sorts of wonderful dining, musical and entertainment specials, the Mardi Gras fanfare is beginning in earnest. Mardi Gras day is unusually early this year, February 8th, which means parades and parties are only seven weeks away. Meantime the French Quarter is alive with a special holiday glow and beckons travelers to New Orleans' first neighborhood with the promise of Christmas New Orleans Style, Reveillon Dinners, Cathedral Concerts and the seasonal high spirits that distinguish the French Quarter from any other destination in the world. We'll see you soon.
- Reawakening the Spirit with Reveillon Dinners
- The Old Cathedral Whispers Its Storied Past
- The Drama's Half the Fun with Café Brulot
